You need to back up your blog database? I will write tutorial how to backup your blog database with simple easy step. Hope it help
1. Open you cpanel
2. Search PhpMyAdmin Menu and Click it
3. Choose which data base that you want to back up
4. Press export
5. Set the database will downloaded as SQL/zip/gzipped and press GO
6. Done
Is that simple way to backup your database?
make sure you do monthly backup. Better if you do weekly backup ^^
