Maybe for new blogger confused how to promote their blog to get visitor to their blog. There is some way to get visitor.

My favorite way is visiting other people blog and comment to their post or shoutbox. Usually I’ll comment if it on wordpress if on blogspot which using pop up comment, I cant comment since it always failed to open.

But many people think that Search Engine is the easiest and the most effective way to get visitor. But… there is a lot of website in this world. How can we reach the top of search engine site so people can pick our site to be visited. ^^

Everybody is familiar with search engines such as Google & Yahoo. Search Engines have radically changed the Internet. Radically! Over 50% of all consumer purchases of all business purchases are now pursued by searches. That’s what was said months ago and it is obviously going higher. So the majority of people Worldwide who now are on computers, the first place they go to is a Search Engine to find information, for what they are looking for.

What those Bloggers do – they “game the system”. And here is how they game the system: They went out and found the websites that have the absolute most change going on in a web site every single day, every single hour, every single minute, and every single second. They are powerful websites that have constant change, constant upgrading going on every minute of every day. Theses website are called “Article Hubs”. These web sites grow out of the whole change in how Search Engines work because people realized that the more websites change, the more powerful website are in searches, they realized there better be constant change. This is particularly true in Media sites & this is particularly true with Bloggers, because they began to figure out that if they have more constant change on their sites every day their Bloggs will lift on the searches. And I am going to show you one of those hugs sites. It is an extremely powerful site, 5000-7000 writers, authors, reporters & Bloggers place their articles in this site every day.

Today I’ll follow 10th Binus Job Expo 2007. ^^ So… I search on internet and I find this great article. I was write about how to write CV and also another version of interview tips at gerenal-tips or just type “writing CV” tips at search. WehehehHope this work and wish me luck to get jobs ok ^^

1. Prepare and over-prepare.

        Confident, make sure Ur outfit is fine.  Beyond that, there’s an important principle that will enable you to be much more confident. It’s called, “over-preparing.” It goes like this: Plan your strategy–your answers to all the possible questions you may be asked or the challenges that may be thrown at you–and then practice, practice, practice. Role play and repeat your best responses until they are entirely natural, until they simply roll off your tongue with the apparent spontaneity that comes only with successive repetition.

2. Be particularly clear on what you know and what you want to achieve.

        If your interview is resume-based (you’ve had to supply a resume either before or concurrently), have the facts of your stated objective, relevant experience, education, etc. thoroughly memorized and mentally supported. As to your job objective, be clear on what you want, as well as what you don’t want. There’s little room in the job market for the applicant who’s willing to take anything; he or she will usually get nothing!

3. Make sure your responses match your claims.

        If, for example, you’ve taken extra coursework to qualify for a particular position, license, or certification, tie it into your narrative, e.g., “When I took my coursework for my CPA, I learned that …” Build on your resume, but don’t refer directly to it (assuming the interviewer has it in his or her possession); make sure the connections are there, but do it subtly.

4. Be clear about your strengths.

        You’re almost certain to be hit with questions pertaining to your strengths and weaknesses. Know your strengths and emphasize those that relate specifically to the position for which you’re being considered. If, for example, you’re applying for a sales position, you might describe one of your strengths (if it’s true) as follows: “I’ve made a study of personality types and I’ve learned to quickly type people in terms of the kinds of approaches that might best attract them.” Be prepared, in this case, to back up your claim if the interviewer suddenly asks: “What type would you say I am?”

5. Describe your weaknesses as strengths.

        This is tricky, so let’s think about why the question is asked. The interviewer probably wants to learn several things about you with this question, such as: whether or not you are arrogant (”I really don’t think I have any weaknesses”), whether you know yourself (”Well, I’ve never really thought about that”), and finally, what you are doing to eliminate your weaknesses. Here are two ways to answer this question so that you leave a positive impression in the mind of the interviewer: (a) Show that, in overcoming a weakness, you’ve learned. If, for example, there’s a period in your chronology that just doesn’t fit (say that you took a job selling cars between jobs as an accountant … it happens!), you might tell the interviewer: “One weakness, which it took me some time to overcome, wasthat I really wasn’t sure that I wanted to be an accountant. For example, in 1988-90, I worked as a car salesman. I did so because I couldn’t decide if I wanted to make accounting my career. That experience taught me that I really didn’t want to sell products, and that I was much more challenged by the opportunity to solve client problems. (b) Pick a weakness that is really a strength. If, for example, you’re interviewing for a job in an organization you know is hard-charging and unforgiving of average performance, you might say, “One of my weaknesses is that I tend to be impatient with people who aren’t willing to pull their full weight and give 110%.” In this case, your “weakness” may help you get the job.

Bon Voyage RELEASEEED!!!! U yeaaaaah!!! last 5 sept, The Sims 2 expansion Bon Voyage released on US. How about Indonesia? It already sell also. My friendss said she already get it at OTC Cempaka Mas. ^^

Btw busway, I want to give some snapshot from other site about the sims bon voyage. After I get the game and play it with my lovely character (KAdaj and Hokuto), I’ll write the review for U ^^

My friends said, “I’m not slept yet since I buy the game yesterday!” ahahaha

I already have many Indonesian dubber voice sample. And I want to upload it into my web so people can hear their voice. The second problem is placed on my Computer which cant detect my mp4 player! Oh God.. what happen with my PC? Should I re format it AGAIN?

This is step by step how to put music at your blog with HTML code

1. Pick up your favorite song
2. Upload it to web hosting and write down the URL (For example http://persusi.org/lagu.mp3 )
3. Write down this code at your web and change the AUDIO URL into your music URL (In this example http://persusi.org/lagu.mp3 )

4. Result
