myLot Banner Contest Rules & Regulations

For good and valuable consideration (including, without limitation, the possibility of publicity), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Participant (as defined below) is submitting certain design(s), idea(s), concept(s), communication(s) and/or material(s) (the “Submission”) for the benefit of myLot, LLC (the “Sponsor”) upon the following express understandings and conditions.

1. Contest Schedule - Contest ends 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on June 30, 2007 (the “Contest Entry Period”). Winners will be announced on or before July 15, 2007.

2. Entry - To enter, simply make a banner and upload it to the myLot Banner Contest interest located under Hobbies I Enjoy. In order to participate you must be a registered user of myLot and follow the directions on that site to register. We have created an interest at myLot called myLot Banner Contest specifically for the “myLot Banner Contest”. When you submit your banner to myLot, it must be uploaded to this interest. The winners will only be selected from this interest.

The term myLot is hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”.

All individuals who enter a Submission on the Website (“Participants”) must strictly comply with these Submission Guidelines as well as the Privacy Policy. The myLot Website is governed by the it’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. All Submissions, regardless of Website used to enter, including but not limited to, designs, ideas, concepts and communications shall be granted rights to use by Sponsor.

All Submissions will be reviewed for content before being published or judged; however, such review does not relieve Participant from responsibility for compliance with these Submission Guidelines. Submissions that do not comply with these Submission Guidelines or that otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate content as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be published or considered for the Prize. Sponsor makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Contest and be considered for the Prize. From time to time during the Contest Entry Period, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to feature some recent Submissions on the myLot Website. Being featured on the myLot Website is unrelated to the Judging Criteria and in no way reflects the possibility of the Submission being considered as a finalist or winners in the Contest.

3. Eligibility - To be eligible to enter a Submission, Participant must be 16 years of age or older at the time of Submission and be a registered user of myLot. Employees of myLot, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, suppliers, printers, and advertisers, Contest and judging agencies and the immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household as such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win.

4. Prize - The Prize consists of $1.00 payable via myLot. Prize winnerss are solely responsible for any taxes or fees on their prizes. No substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable.

5. Judging Criteria - Submissions shall be judged as follows based on several factors including originality, creativity, and strength of myLot branding.

Once the Judges have selected the winners, the winning members of myLot will be notified and may be required to complete, sign, and return a release form with several questions in order to qualify for payment. The release form must be returned completed within five (5) days of its receipt in which the winners will acknowledge that the Submission is a “work for hire” and will irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any and all rights, title, goodwill and interest in and to Submission, including, without limitation, all copyrights, and waive all moral rights in such Submission. If the Participant is under the age of 18 (or 19 in NE or AL) the Participant will be required to have their parent or legal guardian, on their behalf, complete, sign and return the Release Form within five (5) days of its receipt. Any Release Form not returned in the specified time shall be ineligible for the prize money. All decisions by the Judges shall be final and binding. It is the sole decision of the Judges to determine which Submissions, if any, will be considered for for the prize money. If, for whatever reason, the Judges deem that none of the Submissions appropriate for the marketing of myLot and/or find that none of the Submissions are up to the high standards for myLot, the Judges and/or Sponsor, in their sole discretion may either reject all Submissions or may in their sole discretion, modify, alter or in some other way change the Submission so that it is acceptable to the Judges and/or Sponsor.

6. Grant of Rights To Sponsor - By submitting a Submission, Participant hereby agrees that:

myLot is excited to bring you another great contest. Last month, we tested your creativity with the myLot video promotion contest, which was very well accepted. For the month of June myLot users will be able to display their creativity and graphic design talent by designing banners to promote myLot.

All you have to do is make a banner based on the sizes myLot has defined below. Once you have created your banner you must upload it to the! myLot Banner Contest interest located under “hobbies I enjoy”. Before you can upload your banner you must first add the myLot Banner Contest to your interests. To do this, click on the “i enjoy myLot Banner Contest” button. Once you add this interest, you will see an “upload photo” link where you can upload your banner. Please do not place your banner in a discussion as it will not be included in the contest.

Banners can be animated, but don’t have to be, and should be able to attract visitors to myLot. If we decide to use your banner in our upcoming promote myLot tools section, we will pay you a bonus with your myLot regular earnings of $1.00 per banner selected. myLot will pay for up to 100 banners in each size category.

You are free to use myLot’s logo in the banner, but the rest of the design must be your own work. There are an unlimited number of themes for these banners, such as promoting myLot’s interests, discussions, blogs, news, friends, etc… You can do whatever you want! The main requirement is that the banners be exactly one of the sizes listed below:

•125×125 (Square Button)
•120×60 (Button)
•468×60 (Full Banner)
•120x 600 (Skyscraper)
•160×600 (Wide Skyscraper)
•728×90 (Leaderboard)
•250×250 (Large Square Button)

Acceptable file formats are .gif, .jpg, and .png, and the banner must be in English. The contest is open to any myLot member that would like to participate, and it will run for the entire month of June. You may submit as many banners as you would like, our only requirement is that you not submit multiple variations of the same banner.

The contest ends at 11:59:59 p.m. central daylight time on June 30th 2007. myLot will choose the winners on or before July 15, 2007.
