wahahahahaha after 5 hours explore adsense-minded theme, I able to change it into like this. Hope I can earn adsense more than  usual with ths template ^^Hoaaah the Style.CSS page is totally different with usual CSS code that I used to code. So I need more time to fix so many bug on this site when I try to change it. lol

Pls give me your opinion abbot this current layout? Is it better or worst than previous one?

When Agloco will pay us ??
Agloco will and going to pay us, if they have a enough money to pay Members and be a sustainable business. So u must always use the Agloco Viewbar you are accumulating credit towards the cash payment until now.

When the nominal of payment will informed to us ??
As Agloco said in the next few month we will get the realistic nominal payment I think august but still waiting you can increase your referral numbers, and the huge earning at august / September will show …

How are Agloco pay us ??
Before the cash of payment will begin, Agloco will verify our billing information and ask us, how us would like to be paid. The plan of Agloco it is a several forms of payment available, including check, direct deposit, and paypal. Remember for member, one account per Member is allowed.

Are “Minimum” of payout level ??
Minimum of payout level is required to keep Agloco transfer cost its lower. All sums will be distributed if the minimum of payout is reached.

How are the cash payments going to work ?
Three of the potential ways AGLOCO can pay Members.
When us use the Viewbar , we can make up to 5 hours/month and plus a credit of referral hours at a 25% rate. These hours, both us monthly totals and us overall accumulated hours, are the basis for cash distributions.

Monthly Viewbar hours: How would this work?
Here is example. In Month Agloco distributes $100,000 for that month’s hour accumulation. Also suppose that the total hours all Members have accumulated that month is 1,000,000 hours. This mean Agloco would pay us $0.10 for each hour. So in this example if you had accumulated (your and referral) 1,000 hours that month, you would be paid $100.
Total Viewbar hours: Same as above based on total accumulated hours.
AGLOCO buying Hours for Cash: Here’s how it would work. Agloco would set a price per hour (say, $0.15), and we allow Members to sell their hours back to us at that rate.

Agloco said:

But, I maintain that to keep AGLOCO a sustainable venture, we must calibrate cash payouts to our actual positive cash flow, lest we suffer the same fate as AllAdvantage.”

Ken Kuester made a great comment reflecting this a few weeks ago. He said:
For all of you that are asking for calculations for how much pay, just consider this. There is truly no way anyone can calculate with all variables. The pay is dependent upon the advertisers paying agloco, the search engines paying agloco, the merchants paying agloco the commissions on the sales to agloco members, and any other sources of income. This money all goes into a pool, of which agloco management gets 10% and the rest is divided among the owners/members. There you have it. income is variable, percentages for management and the owners ia fixed. membership is variable. These variable parts will change by the minute. No reasonable mathmatician will attempt to arrive at meaningful calculations with two massive variables and one fixed quantity. All the mathmatician can do at this point is offer statistical possibilities. In the short view, every person you sponsor now cuts down on the value of the cash pool individually. In the longer term, more members means agloco can charge more for the ads and make the cash pool larger. As far as clicking the ads, That will create cash pool money when the few make purchases and the merchant pays agloco the commission on the sale. In at least some cases, the member will immediately benefit from any discounts that are given to the agloco membership. Regards searches, I do not know what deal agloco has with google or the other search engines at this time, but I do know that as the membership goes up, so does the price google and the others will pay agloco for each search performed. Google currently pays aol 10 cents per search performed. Best I can tell you is the per hour pay will fall into a range somewhere between .00001 cents and 1,000.00 dollars per hour.( both top and bottom values estimated with the fact that everyone is so desparate for promises that poor Brian cannot say anything without it being considered a set in concrete promise.) I intentionally used extremes. Try to keep your shirt on and wait and see what materializes.

Beda ama komunitas luar seperti blogku di http://myotaku.com/users/shireishou Sehari gak kurang dr 15 komen masuk ke postinganku. Kadang bs sampe 28 komen kalau aku absen 1 hari nulis. Smua saling mengunjungi. Kalau emank ada yg lagi sibuk banget, ya gpp. Biasanya kasih support, sederhana. Padahal isinya cm jurnal harian biasa

Aku lg cari komunitas blogger seperti itu di Indonesia. Kok blm ketemu ya?

Aku dah coba Blogspot, umh… bosen. Banyak org luar. Blogsome jg. Indosiar malah parah. Br 2 hari disana gua di flame ama org gak bertanggung jawab. Boleh.com? Orang cuman bersalam-salaman di komen form tanpa baca postingan. Friendster? Sepi bener boo. Hayah… kapan gua bs curhat panjang lebar dan dibaca org ya. Soalnya kalau pakai bhs Inggris terbatas neh T_T Maklum kaga gape ama bhs Inggris.

Ini aku ngebuat blog tentang earning money online, tutorial, juga macem-macem tips and trick tentang website adsense and adbrite baru deh lumayan banyak pengunjung tapi jatuhnya tetap ke shoutbox bukan ke apa yang aku tulis. Kadang pingin buat yang sederhana ajah tapi dikunjungi (Mungkin ga yah?).

I might have titled this “Does Adsense work for blogs?” but I suspect it’s based on the blog (I know other US residents whose blogs create enough cash for them to retire someplace where the cost of living is low). For most new blogs, that’s probably not going to happen. Basically Ankesh uses Adsense to pick up extra dollars to pay for additional traffic but relies on other avenues to make better money as he discusses.
